ORRA was born from the belief that it’s not “too late” to get your splits at any age. As someone who started at 38 with zero flexibility, I’m proving that anyone can get the splits as an adult — even without any prior flexibility or gymnastics training.
As a certified flexibility instructor, I've designed a signature program for front & middle splits and I've documented my personal results training the program in real time.
