Safe, structured training for beginners starting at any age.

Stretching every day will NOT get you the splits as an adult, and it’s why you’re still stuck...

Most people trying to figure out the splits on their own are doing this:

• Stretching every single day
• Holding static stretches and hoping something changes
Copying random routines from dancers or gymnasts
• Guessing their way through workouts without a structured plan

And then wondering why they're not seeing real progress.

I know… because I did the exact same thing. I spent 10 months stretching everything I thought was “right” — and got nowhere.

Getting the splits for the first time as an adult won't happen from just stretching...

Passive stretching is actually the least effective way to build lasting flexibility.

What does build splits flexibility is:

• Building strength in your end ranges

• Increasing hip mobility
• Using progressive overload

• Training your nervous system to feel safe in deeper positions

This is the part no one teaches — and not having a structured program that includes all of this is why most people stay stuck or convince themselves that they "can't do the splits."

Real Results

A Word From the Founder

ORRA was born from the belief that it’s not “too late” to get your splits at any age. As someone who started at 38 with zero flexibility, I’m proving that anyone can get the splits as an adult — even without any prior flexibility or gymnastics training.

As a certified flexibility coach, I've designed a signature program for front & middle splits and I've documented my personal results training the program in real time.

ORRA uses science backed methods to get your splits safely and effectively from scratch, within months. If you've always wanted the splits but never felt flexible enough to achieve them, ORRA Studio is for you.

Q & A

Is this for beginners / people who have never been flexible? How long will it take to get the splits?

Yes, the program is designed specifically for adult beginners of any age starting from tight, stiff, or “I’ve never been flexible” bodies. No gymnastics, ballet, or any prior experience required. On average, it takes adults starting from zero flexibility anywhere from 3-12 months to achieve the splits with consistent training.

Do I have to train both front & middle splits at the same time? How often do I have to train?

The front splits and middle splits workouts are separated so you can train both front and middle splits in the same session or on alternate days—do what works for you. For best results, train front splits and/or middle splits 3 times per week, with one full recovery day between sessions. On recovery days, any other physical activity is fine, but avoid stretching front splits 2 days in a row or middle splits 2 days in a row as your body needs time to recover.

Is this just stretching or do the workouts include strength training?

No, this is not just stretching. This is science backed, strength-based flexibility training — combining mobility, strength training, isometrics, pnf, and activation exercises to create lasting flexibility in front and middle splits.

How long are the workouts? Do they include warm ups?
All workout sessions include warm ups and vary from about 20-35 minutes long. No additional warm ups are necessary.

What equipment do I need?
Month 1+: A yoga mat, yoga blocks and (optional) resistance band.

Month 2+: Adjustable 5lb ankle weights (1lb increments), one 5lb dumbbell or kettlebell, one 10lb dumbbell or kettlebell.

Month 4+: One 15lb dumbbell or kettlebell

Month 5+ One 20lb dumbbell or kettlebell

Can I combine this with other types of workouts?
Absolutely. Many members lift weights, do Pilates, or train cardio alongside this program. The routines are designed to complement — not replace — your current fitness routine.

How long do I have access to the platform? What if I need to cancel?
As long as you’re an active member, you have full access to all routines. You are free to cancel anytime.
